After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return. The costs involved in this process are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the items have some type of defect or other non-conformity. If the items have any defect or other non-conformity, HStore will collect them from the customer's address.

After sending the item(s) to our facilities, we will analyze their condition and, if the exchange/return conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of 15 days. In order for the exchange or return to be duly authorized, the item(s) must meet certain requirements, namely:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. The exchange or return of orders must be made via email to hstorebyandrea@gmail.com , indicating the item(s) you wish to return, as well as the order number.

Orders with national or international deliveries are shipped via CTT Expresso.

After payment is completed, you will receive payment validation in your email. After processing the order, you will receive the shipping number, which you can track through the carrier's website Track object (ctt.pt)

In Portugal, in the case of:

Orders are processed on working days according to the Portuguese National Calendar.

After the order is shipped, the delivery time is normally:
Mainland Portugal: 1 – 3 working days;
Madeira: 3 – 5 working days;
Azores: 3 – 8 working days;
European Community countries: 3 – 8 working days;
Countries outside the European Community: 5 – 10 working days;

Note that :

Delivery times may be extended during periods of high volume of items, such as holiday periods and Christmas.

Currently, delivery times may also be extended due to the impact of the pandemic situation on freight transport companies.

Situations where orders are held at customs for inspection may delay delivery.

For each order, and depending on the number of items purchased, the total purchase value and the destination country, an automatic calculation of the shipping cost is made at checkout, in accordance with the following table: Purchases with a value equal to or greater than €100.00 and with a delivery address in mainland Portugal benefit from free shipping . These conditions are not fixed and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

You can pay for your orders using a debit or credit card, mbway, ATM, Google Pay or Apple Pay. If you choose to pay via ATM, you have 2 days to confirm your payment. If you choose MBway, you will have to make the payment within 5 minutes. If payment is not made within these periods, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
